Terms and Conditions of Use

Version in force since 14 September 2026

1. Purpose of the Service

RadarPro.ai is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that allows its users to find, save and research listings from auctions, liquidations or bank sales in Spain. The official channel for communication with the User is the email address hola@radarpro.ai.

2. Disclaimer of Liability and Informational Nature

WARNING: RadarPro acts solely as an information aggregator.

The data provided on valuations, prices or returns on investment is produced using proprietary algorithms and Artificial Intelligence and in no way constitutes binding financial advice, property investment advice or a formal recommendation.

The user assumes 100% of the responsibility for any funds they decide to commit or bids they decide to place with public or banking bodies (the Official State Gazette (BOE), the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria), Servihabitat, etc.). RadarPro expressly disclaims all liability for any loss of capital arising from the use of the tool.

3. Subscription and Billing

The services are billed in advance. We use the Stripe payment gateway to automate recurring subscriptions (Monthly or Annual).

The user may cancel the automated subscription at any time through their ‘Profile’ > ‘Manage Billing’. They will continue to enjoy the services until the end of the period paid for.

The platform does not grant pro-rata refunds if the platform stops being used mid-cycle or a voluntary permanent closure takes place.

Automatic renewal and no refunds. All RadarPro subscriptions (monthly and annual) renew automatically at the end of the contracted period. It is the sole responsibility of the user to cancel their subscription before the renewal date from the ‘Profile > Manage Billing’ section if they do not wish to continue. RadarPro will not issue refunds for lack of use of the platform, forgetting to cancel or oversights on the part of the user once the billing cycle has been successfully processed.

Digital service and right of withdrawal. RadarPro is a digital service with immediate access. By taking out the subscription and activating access, the User expressly requests that provision of the service begin immediately, before the end of the period of 14 calendar days provided for in Article 102 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), and acknowledges that, in accordance with Article 103(m) of the same legislation, they lose the right of withdrawal once performance of the service has begun.

Exceptional refund requests. RadarPro does not guarantee voluntary refunds beyond the cases of lack of conformity provided for by law. At the User’s request, and at its sole discretion, RadarPro may offer compensation in the form of credit on the Platform, an extension of the service period or, exceptionally, a partial monetary refund agreed in advance with the User. The granting of compensation does not create any right in respect of future situations.

In the event of a voluntary refund, non-refundable processing fees may be deducted.

The above does not affect the rights of a User who is a consumer in the event of a lack of conformity of the service, in accordance with Title IV of Book II of the TRLGDCU.

4. Acceptable Use

The User undertakes not to circumvent the controls on requests to the Artificial Intelligence (AI Advisor), not to carry out exhaustive and uninterrupted scraping of our Database, and not to share their sign-in credentials with third parties. Continued misuse may result in the temporary suspension or cancellation of the account.

5. YouTube API Services

RadarPro publishes content on YouTube through the YouTube API Services. By using RadarPro, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How data is processed in this integration is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to the Terms

RadarPro reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes that affect subscriptions already taken out will be notified to active subscribers by email or by a notice on the Platform, reasonably in advance of their entry into force. Changes do not apply retroactively to cycles already under way. If the User does not agree, they may cancel their subscription before the changes enter into force. Changes that affect only new users will apply without the need to give prior notice to existing subscribers.
